The NSSEO Board meeting scheduled for December 4, 2024, will commence at 6:15 pm with a closed session. The regular session will follow immediately at 7:00 pm.
NSSEO Heartbeat of the Week – Ken Hill
“Ken began his NSSEO career stepping into a role during a very difficult challenge of our beloved NSSEO payroll officer’s unexpected passing. Ken has continued to show a tremendous work ethic, dedication and thoroughness to his important role over the years. He works hard to ensure that deadlines are met, employees are paid and that challenges are addressed effectively. During times of great challenge and transition in recent years, Ken again stepped up, reflecting on options available and prioritized his strong love and commitment to NSSEO, demonstrating leadership and compassion for the organization, his colleagues and the important work to navigate during the evolving changes. Ken doesn’t like the limelight or recognition and he doesn’t care for parties or accolades. As he heads west, we know Ken has put his heart into his work here and the Heartbeat of the Week award seems like a fitting recognition and appreciation for all he has done for NSSEO for the past many years. We send our heartfelt wishes to Ken in his new adventures out west. He will be remembered for his many talents and contributions, his dedication and his big heart for NSSEO.”
