“Jeff Glatt, an ESP at Timber Ridge School, always goes the extra mile to help students or staff. When Jeff witnesses a student having a challenging time, he will immediately stop whatever he is doing to help the student get to a better place, pick them up emotionally, and let them know things will work out. If he notices a staff member having a difficult time with a challenging situation, he will hang back and be there for additional coverage. Jeff is one of the most dependable staff members within NSSEO having worked here for over 20 years. He truly understands and lives the motto…There is no I in team.”
