“Ela, a MacArthur signing aide, is an invaluable staff member at the D/HH middle school program. She is dedicated to helping our students learn academically, socially, and emotionally. She supports not only the students but also every member of the educational team from SLPs, social workers, OTs, and interpreters. Ela never hesitates to step up and help a colleague. Her positive attitude and easy-going spirit make her fun to work with and someone everyone can depend upon.
